What will you be doing?

In deze functie ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Je helpt klanten met configuratie en implementatie van onze software via grafische schermen. Je analyseert de vraag van de klant en komt met creatieve oplossingen. Samen met je collega consultants optimaliseer je het implementatieproces en leer je steeds meer over de applicatie en bedrijfsprocessen binnen bepaalde branches. Zo kan je uitgroeien tot een 'Lead Consultant' in een branche en word je verantwoordelijk voor het onboarden van nieuwe klanten.

 

Na een training en verdieping in ons low-code platform raak je steeds meer thuis in de configuratiemogelijkheden van het platform. Je hebt een focus op het beter begrijpen van klantbehoeften en hoe deze te vertalen in workflows, features en schermen. Om klanten te assisteren werk je o.a. samen met het supportteam in Oekraïne. Goede beheersing van het Engels is dan ook van belang. Uiteraard maken we zelf gebruik van het Spheeres platform en registeren we issues en bewaken we de uitvoering.

A Candidate's compensation package is finalized once the interview process is concluded and accounts for experience, competencies (job knowledge, skills and abilities) and internal equity. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means we set pay for all Zapier employees based on their competency and skills demonstrated in their role. In alignment with that philosophy, the upper half of a pay range is typically reserved for individuals who have consistently demonstrated a high level of job knowledge and skills for their current role and level while at Zapier.

What will you be doing?

By definition, this role will have varying responsibilities and the scopes and spans of control will change based on business needs.
